I was watching a programme on telly about Hawaii (isn&#8217;t digital great?) and, get this, apparently Hawaii <a href=\"http:\/\/whatscookingamerica.net\/History\/Spam.htm\">eats more spam<\/a> per capita than anywhere else in the world! (citation needed)<\/p>\n<p>To make matters worse, the crossroads of the pacific has come up with the ultimate in fusion cooking.
